This is one amazing book. I often find myself feeling tired and sluggish after eating highly processed foods and foods with ingredients I can’t even pronounce. This book breaks down what clean eating is, the benefits to be gained and where to begin. For someone who is constantly on the go, this book has definitely made it easier to cook at home and the flavors are just amazing. I also feel much better and less sluggish after eating the meals prepared from this book. I highly recommend this book to everyone who is looking to try something new, improve their diet or even just feel better!

Easy to Follow

This program taught me very usable tips and tricks about grocery shopping, from how to save time, how to avoid "temptation" in the store to how to search for quality ingredients and canned/packaged goods. The recipes provided were easy to follow and delicious, several of them became family favorites in our house! Overall it was a very useful program with lots of great ideas and tips.
